Successful FusionR ERP implementation at RN Hungary Kft.

RN Hungary Kft. (formerly Renault Hungária Kft.) has been a customer of R&R Software since 2001, using automotive solutions, including the cDMS dealer package.

RN Hungary Kft. is the representative of the Renault, Dacia and Alpine brands in Hungary. In 2023, the company joined the AutoWallis Group and the AutoWallis Caetano Holding Zrt; in the future the three brands will be jointly developed by them in Hungary. The importer activity is still carried out by the employees of RN Hungary Kft. They want to increase the market position and popularity of the brands, as well as the sales numbers, based on the position, capital strength, innovation ability and experienced dealer network of AutoWallis and the Salvador Caetano Group.

As a result of the changes, RN Hungary Kft. decided to implement a private importer system, which covers its entire operation. As part of the private importer system, the FusionR ERP Enterprise Resource Planning system provides integrated, comprehensive and customized, industry-specific functions and capabilities to support the company’s operations.

R&R Software started the implementation in June 2022, after a preliminary needs assessment, and successful contracting. During the first milestone of the project, R&R Software implemented the basic version of the FusionR ERP system. During the second milestone, the vehicle industry-specific FusionR developments and FusionR integration developments were implemented. The third milestone was about the completion of tasks, such as the migration of current account and general ledger balances.

In accordance with the Hungarian accounting laws, the implemented FusionR ERP solution provides such functions as the management and accounting of customer and supplier invoices, the management of inventory accounting; handles direct debit and transfer orders, receives the MNB’s daily exchange rate data and forwards them to the importer system.

The project was successfully closed by R&R Software in November 2022, followed by a maintenance and support period and further developments.
