Toyota Central Europe choosed R&R Software as its IT strategic partner

For more than 20 years, R&R Software has been a key IT supplier to the domestic automotive industry. Its customers include car manufacturers, brand representatives, numerous car importers, dealerships and car service centers, for which it offers an integrated corporate management, sales support and customer relationship management solution and IT expert services.

From June 2023, Toyota’s regional importer, Toyota Central Europe (TCE), based in Poland, will also be R&R Software’s customer. The purpose of the strategic cooperation is to take over the support and development of the importer systems used by TCE’s representative office in Hungary for regional operations and the professional support of TCE’s future IT projects.

Toyota is the world’s largest car manufacturer (2nd in Europe), and at the regional level, Toyota Central Europe (TCE), which covers the Polish, Hungarian, Czech and Slovak markets, is the largest Toyota importer in Europe. The Hungarian subsidiary also takes a good share of the regional success: in 2022, it turned out to be the most popular car brand in the domestic passenger car and light commercial vehicle market with a market share of 11.7%. The first step of the partnership is to assess the corporate IT systems currently used by the Hungarian subsidiary and the preparation of its complete technical and functional documentation and taking over the corresponding operation support and development tasks. TCE’s future goal is to renew its IT infrastructure at the regional level as well, which will require the rollout and implementation of additional system(s) and the development of existing ones. During these changes, in addition to software development and operation support, R&R Software will also be able to help the Toyota importer achieve its strategic goals as an IT consultant.
