R&R Software’s billing solutions complies with the new legal requirements effective from 2021

R&R Software updates its NAV Gateway online account data service solution developed in 2018 according to the legislative changes.

Since 1st of July, 2018, NAV has been gradually introducing and extending the online account data service obligation for domestically issued invoices. From 4th of January 2021, regardless of the customer base, VAT threshold or other restrictions, real-time data must be provided on all invoices issued in Hungary, including invoices issued for individuals and foreign taxpayers (community or third country) to the NAV Online Invoice System.

For the account data service to be performed from 2021, NAV has implemented data structure changes, which results extra development tasks in the invoicing programs.

R&R Software further developed its NAV Gateway solution which supports and provides online invoice data services to its partners using invoicing programs and having a valid software maintenance contract.

As a result of the developments, R&R Software’s billing programs are fulfills the user’s current account data service obligation in the data structure and content required by NAV.
