The Company provides water utility services in 91 settlements of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, its user equivalent exceeded 524,000 in 2024, and the population served is close to 350,000. NYÍRSÉGVÍZ Zrt. performs its activities as the 11th largest service provider based on user equivalent among 36 service providers operating in the water utility sector in the country. The Company employs more than 550 employees. The security of supply and the operation, renovation and replacement of public utility assets worth more than HUF 100 billion are significant tasks for the Organization.

The service and comfort of users is assisted by the newly implemented FusionR Utility Customer Self-care (CSC) online customer service system and application, which fully supports priority customer service processes, and enables utility service customers to use customer services – e.g. viewing and balancing invoices, reporting meter readings, requesting an e-invoice – accessing and using modern electronic devices.
With its efficient operation, the Company regularly leads water utility service provider customer satisfaction surveys, R&R Software also has outstanding customer satisfaction in the IT service provider circle.
