R&R Software’s 2024 results and strategic focus areas

In 2024, R&R Software Zrt. remained on a stable growth trajectory, achieving significant expansion in both revenue and client portfolio, while further strengthening its position in the domestic and international markets for enterprise digital solutions.

The company’s revenue for the 2024 calendar year totaled HUF 5,021,672 thousand, marking a 30.23% increase compared to HUF 3,856,089 thousand in the previous year. Export sales amounted to HUF 728,608 thousand, representing 14.5% of the total revenue.

In addition to strong revenue growth, the company recorded a pre-tax profit of HUF 84,271 thousand. The value of intangible assets and tangible fixed assets, as well as the number of employees, increased modestly, while the pool of project-based expert resources was also expanded.

This growth was fueled by the expansion of competencies and project portfolios in previous years, the successful delivery and implementation of niche products, and the valuable references of our satisfied clients—all of which played a key role in winning new projects.

R&R Software continues to demonstrate strong employee retention. The number of directly employed experts now exceeds 210. The company considers its employees—and the knowledge and expertise they bring—to be its most valuable asset. Staff turnover remains low compared to industry standards, while professional development and organizational growth are continuous. A key part of the company culture is to formally recognize colleagues who have been with the organization for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years.

In 2024, the company once again welcomed several talented young professionals who are able to supplement their academic knowledge with practical expertise and industry experience through involvement in R&R Software’s projects and competence centers.

Research and development activities, along with the ongoing expansion of professional competencies, continued to receive special attention in 2024. These efforts help to maintain a stable base of expertise and technological know-how, supporting the company’s long-term product and service innovation strategy. R&R Software is committed to continuously renewing its decades-old products and developing new solutions based on cutting-edge technologies. While no new R&D projects were capitalized in 2024, related expenditures were significant.

Artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities and services are playing an increasingly important role, as they become integrated into R&R Software’s comprehensive enterprise digital solutions—further enhancing the competitiveness of our clients.

We also continued to invest heavily in business and export market development in 2024, supporting our long-term goal of achieving a significant share of value-added export services.

Our marketing strategy remains centered around professional excellence, high client satisfaction, and long-term, sustainable business partnerships. The average customer lifecycle—defined as the period during which a client actively uses a deployed solution—exceeds 10 years. Our overall customer satisfaction metrics consistently remain above 80%, significantly outperforming the industry average.

The breadth of our digital competencies and service portfolio, along with the expansion of our export market presence, lays the foundation for R&R Software’s long-term sustainable and profitable operations. Through these efforts, the company continues to contribute to the growth of Hungary’s ICT sector and GDP, particularly in the export of high value-added digital services.
