R&R Software participated in MOVEC’s annual international partner meeting, held on 21–22 September at the company’s headquarters in Seiersberg, Austria. Building on 25 years of DMS cooperation, the partners discussed the future of automotive IT, digital services surrounding core DMS platforms, the integration of AI capabilities, and new opportunities for joint regional market development.
R&R Software has supported CDP in Hungary since 2001, marking 25 years of cooperation within the MOTIONDATA VECTOR ecosystem, now operating under the MOVEC brand. This long-standing partnership forms an important part of R&R Software’s quarter-century presence in the automotive sector.
Today, R&R’s automotive portfolio supports a broad range of market participants across the ecosystem—from manufacturers and importers to dealer networks, individual dealerships, service organizations and fleet service providers.
Over the years, the partner ecosystem itself has also evolved. MOTIONDATA VECTOR joined the Volaris Group in 2020 and introduced the MOVEC brand in 2024. In addition to its presence in the DACH region, MOVEC works with local partners in markets including Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and Serbia.

At this year’s partner meeting, alongside MOVEC’s plans for the DACH region, partners from Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Hungary shared information about their own developments, services and market experience. The objective is to build an increasingly complementary solution portfolio that can address the needs of a broad range of participants across the automotive industry.
Dealer Management Systems continue to serve as a critical backbone for dealerships and service organizations, supporting core business processes and manufacturer integrations. At the same time, ongoing digitalization is increasing the importance of CRM, frontend, mobile, integration, data and AI solutions built around the DMS core.
This is also a key element of R&R Software’s automotive strategy. The company’s portfolio extends well beyond DMS solutions and includes ERP and financial systems, CRM and sales support, business analytics, mobile and web-based customer applications, fleet management, system integration and custom development.
In Hungary, CDP is currently used by 15 dealer groups across more than 32 locations. These long-standing dealer relationships and the manufacturer integration expertise accumulated over decades provide a strong foundation on which R&R can build additional proprietary products and digital services for dealers, importers and mobility providers.
Artificial intelligence and its practical application in automotive IT were among the key topics of the partner meeting. AI is increasingly becoming an integrated capability within existing DMS, ERP, CRM and mobile solutions—for example in document processing, diagnostic support and digital customer services.
R&R Software is following the same direction. The company is integrating AI- and large-language-model-based capabilities into existing solutions while maintaining professional oversight and responsibility, and is also introducing AI tools into its own software development workflows.
In the automotive domain, R&R has already created a working demonstration of an AI-powered owner’s manual and customer assistant for integration into a vehicle brand’s mobile application. The solution supports source-based responses, voice input and image-based interaction, demonstrating how AI can become a practical part of the digital customer experience.
Alongside its developments connected to the MOVEC ecosystem, R&R Software continues to expand its own automotive product portfolio under the EVERMOOV brand.
EVERMOOV brings together the company’s enterprise management, customer management, mobility and fleet-management capabilities, serving different participants across the automotive ecosystem.
One of the latest additions is EVERMOOV Fleet, which supports the fleet-management process from vehicle and partner administration through contract and task management to cost management and invoicing.
R&R’s objective is therefore not only to further develop solutions around the existing DMS environment, but also to create proprietary products and pursue new business opportunities in the rapidly evolving automotive market.
The meeting in Seiersberg further strengthened the long-standing professional and business partnership between R&R Software and MOVEC.
The DMS remains a stable foundation for the cooperation and for dealer operations, while the next stage of development increasingly lies in the CRM, mobile, integration, data and AI solutions built around it—as well as in the complementary products and services provided by the partner ecosystem.
Together with MOVEC and its regional partner network, R&R Software aims to make an increasingly broad and integrated portfolio of digital solutions available to manufacturers, importers, dealer groups, dealerships and fleet service providers.
We would like to thank the MOVEC team for organizing the partner meeting, for the valuable professional discussions, and for further strengthening our cooperation in forward-looking areas of automotive digitalization.
