NYÍRSÉGVÍZ Zrt. is the regional water utility provider for Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County. The company supplies drinking water to around 342,000 people across 91 municipalities and provides wastewater collection and treatment services to approximately 293,000 people in 75 municipalities.

Field operations are supported by the FusionR Utility Mobile meter-reading application, which enables on-site data capture and efficient management of field service activities.

The FusionR Utility CSC online customer service platform and mobile application are fully integrated with FusionR Utility and support the company’s key customer service processes. Customers can use these digital channels to view and pay bills, submit meter readings, request electronic invoices and manage other service-related matters. This makes customer service faster and more convenient while reducing the need for in-person and telephone enquiries.

FusionR Utility provides the foundation for compliant, customer-focused, transparent and efficient operations. It enables utility services to be managed in line with legal and internal corporate requirements, as well as cybersecurity and quality management standards. The system also supports compliance with supervisory requirements, NIS2 obligations and billing system audit requirements.
