Pek-Snack’s new FusionR Sales Calls system, developed by R&R Software, improves sales processes. The integrated solution allows sales teams to complete daily tasks more efficiently while providing easy access to managing store orders, visits, and invoices. The system simplifies the sales team’s work while contributing to customer service and the company’s growing success.
Pek-Snack Ltd. is a leading visual bakery network in Hungary and the Central European region. The company focuses on improving the customer experience and increasing the efficiency of sales processes. To achieve this goal, the FusionR Sales Calls system, provided by R&R Software, has been implemented. The aim of the project is to offer an integrated, easy-to-use, and comprehensive solution for Pek-Snack’s sales team.
Since 2023, Pek-Snack has been using the R&R Software FusionR Sales App solution, which supports the work of field representatives. To assist on-site work, the FusionR Sales App offers several features such as order management, customer information tracking, handling marketing materials, inventory management, in-store surveys, data collection, and complaint handling. It also allows tracking partners’ accounts. The mobile app works offline and synchronizes data when an internet connection is available.
The components of FusionR Sales, including the App, Calls, and Portal, are designed to support integrated sales channels, and can be combined according to company size and industry characteristics, making it easy to tailor the solution to the company’s needs. With these components, a unified IT solution can support the company’s commercial activities, including “traditional” field representatives, phone sales, and online channels.
Key Features of FusionR Sales Calls Solution
The system is primarily a sales force application that allows telesales staff to carry out their daily tasks using a single tool, a laptop. The application includes features that are essential for Pek-Snack’s salespeople, which were previously available in the mobile app.
Telesales staff can call more than 50 stores daily while precisely planning the order and timing of the calls. The system allows employees to easily access the list of stores, call them on the designated days, and retrieve all necessary information, such as the orders that have been placed, who last visited the store, or which invoices are open.

Integrated Webshop and Reporting
Pek-Snack’s FusionR Sales Calls system works closely with the company’s webshop, enabling salespeople to place orders directly. The system also allows tracking of different products and their order data, such as for focus products. Salespeople can see which products are available in each store and filter them by store category, such as gold or platinum.
Reporting also plays an important role in the system. Salespeople can receive detailed reports on store sales (e.g., yearly or quarterly data), orders placed by each store, and current receivables. Important data such as the last order date, average order size, and whether stores order in bags or kilograms are easily accessible.
Further Developments and Customer Support
With the implementation of Pek-Snack’s FusionR Sales Calls system, not only is the sales team’s work supported, but customer service is also becoming more efficient. The system helps resolve customer complaints and ensures fast responses. The project started in September 2024, and the solution went live in January 2025. The R&R Software FusionR Sales Calls system will continue to expand in the future with further developments and new features that better support the company’s goals and the rapidly changing market demands.
