Electronic invoicing to replace paper stacks

Paper invoicing has been around for a long time. Everyone knows the large paper stacks, the printer cartidge prices, and the difficulty of searching when it comes to the large number of documents. Many may argue that our planet’s future depends on reducing paper use and printing to an absolute minimum.

Hungarian legal system allows electronic invoicing since 2004, and will make it obligatory in the next few years.

Hungarian FMCG wholesaler Central – Drinks produces more than one million invoices per year. In the first half year after switching to electronic invoicing, the electronic document management system already returned it’s price.
