Corporate VAT return processes are facing significant technological change. According to information provided by the Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration, NAV, the General Form Completion Framework, known as ÁNYK, will be discontinued on 31 December 2026. From 2027, it will be replaced by modern, data-driven digital solutions. For businesses that currently use ÁNYK through their enterprise management systems and regularly fulfil tax return or data reporting obligations, NAV primarily recommends automated machine-to-machine connections operating through APIs. For VAT returns, the available digital channels are the web-based and M2M solutions of the eÁFA system.
For companies, this transition therefore involves more than introducing a new form or user interface. Financial and taxation processes, as well as the ERP and invoicing systems supporting them, must also be prepared to use the new NAV data connections.
This may be particularly complex for organisations that operate multiple ERP or invoicing systems, process large volumes of documents, or currently rely on spreadsheets and manual reconciliation.
R&R Software’s EVERMOOV Finance eÁFA solution supports preparation for post-ÁNYK operations by helping companies establish a unified, digitalised and controlled enterprise process.
The ERP-independent solution creates a two-way connection between the company’s existing ERP and invoicing systems and NAV’s eÁFA service. Data originating from different source systems can be imported, consolidated, verified and submitted within a single, transparent process.
The objective is not merely the technical submission of the eÁFA return, but the establishment of a closed, logged and auditable operating process covering the entire corporate workflow, from preparing the return and verifying the data to processing feedback received from NAV.

The EVERMOOV Finance eÁFA solution supports, among other functions:
Within the eÁFA M2M process, the company submits structured, document-level data to NAV. Based on this information, NAV prepares a draft VAT return and performs validations on the submitted data. Errors and warnings can therefore be returned to the corporate process before the VAT return is finalised.
Digitalised operations can reduce the risk of errors and compliance issues resulting from manual data processing, while making the entire eÁFA process more transparent and auditable.
One of the key advantages of EVERMOOV Finance eÁFA is that it can be introduced independently of the ERP system, building on the company’s existing IT environment and processes. The solution can organise data from multiple ERP and invoicing systems into a unified corporate eÁFA process.
This may be particularly important for:
The period remaining until ÁNYK is discontinued gives companies the opportunity to assess their current processes, establish the necessary data connections, complete the integration and test the new operating model before the transition in 2027.
R&R Software has more than 35 years of experience in developing corporate financial and business systems. The EVERMOOV Finance eÁFA solution is built on proven NAV eÁFA M2M practices, two-way data communication and enterprise-level integration capabilities.
The solution enables companies not only to meet the technical requirements of post-ÁNYK operations, but also to manage eÁFA returns as a controlled, unified and sustainable long-term process.
