RN Hungary Kft. is the exclusive importer of Renault passenger cars and commercial vehicles in Hungary and is owned by AutoWallis and the Caetano Group. RN Hungary is the legal successor to the importer formerly operating as Renault Hungária Kft. Following the organisational restructuring, R&R Software Zrt. remained the company’s technology partner under the new ownership structure.

The cooperation between R&R Software and Renault’s Hungarian organisation began in 2001 and has continued uninterrupted despite the change of importer, representing a proven partnership of more than two decades. The involvement of the Caetano Group as an owner also demonstrates that R&R Software’s solutions can operate effectively in an international automotive corporate environment.

A significant proportion of Renault dealerships in Hungary use R&R Software Zrt.’s cDMS dealer management system, which is accredited by both the manufacturer and the importer. As importer and wholesaler, RN Hungary Kft. has been using R&R Software’s FusionR financial and accounting system since 2022. FusionR is integrated with the importer system, enabling daily automated invoicing, credit note management, NAV reporting and accounting tasks to be handled within a unified and coordinated process, fully compliant with Hungarian legal requirements.

The system also supports procurement processes, including the management of purchase requests and quotations, as well as the integrated tracking of supplier invoice approval workflows.
