Magyar Suzuki Corporation Ltd., founded in 1991 and headquartered in Esztergom, is a vehicle manufacturing company and the Hungarian subsidiary of Japan-based Suzuki Motor Corporation. The company manufactures and sells passenger cars for both the Hungarian market and export markets. It employs several thousand people and is one of Hungary’s major industrial employers.

Since 2021, R&R Software Zrt. has been one of the key technology partners of Magyar Suzuki Corporation Ltd., providing two complementary solutions. One supports the company’s internal operations: an application developed by R&R Software facilitates internal communication and information sharing among employees working at the Esztergom plant and in the offices, while also reducing the administrative workload of HR.

The other solution extends Suzuki’s digital relationship with vehicle owners in Hungary. The MySuzuki mobile application provides Suzuki news, service history and key vehicle information, and also enables users to book service appointments.

Together, the two solutions create a unified digital infrastructure: internally, they support the day-to-day operations of a large enterprise, while externally, they contribute to customer satisfaction and strengthen engagement with the Suzuki brand.
