R&R Software has long been dedicated to making its operations more sustainable and environmentally friendly. We are proud of the initiatives we have taken to reduce our ecological footprint and contribute to a better environment for future generations.

Sustainable energy use

Our company operates high-power server rooms and provides climate-controlled workspaces for our experts and developers, with winter heating partially supported by heat exchangers. To make these systems more economical and eco-friendly, we have installed solar power systems across all our office buildings. This allows us to power our building climate control systems and server room backup power with renewable energy.

This investment not only reduces our electricity costs but also supports the expansion of green energy. We extend our special thanks to Naplopó Kft., who expertly guided the design and implementation of our solar energy systems. The expected return on this investment is 3-4 years, which we achieved without external funding.

Eco-Friendly fleet and remote work support

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have begun replacing our corporate vehicle fleet with electric cars. The first of these are now used primarily in Budapest and its surroundings, helping to reduce urban pollution.

We also support organized remote work and online meetings, which have led to a significant reduction in employee travel time and vehicle usage over recent years, further advancing our sustainability goals.

Waste Management

In our offices, we collect waste selectively to contribute to waste reduction and promote recycling.
